No, your EU SIM will not provide free roaming in Algeria. Although Algeria shares a border with EU countries and has strong historical ties to Europe, it is not a member of the European Union. This means your 'Roam Like at Home' benefits will not apply. Many EU carriers charge significant out-of-plan roaming fees, which can quickly become expensive for video calls or uploads. Truly Roaming offers a clear, predictable data solution, ensuring you avoid unexpected charges and maintain connectivity from day one.
